it did not fit and since I had to specify model and year, I was expecting it to fit without being modified. I had to take it to a machine shop to bend it to fit as I did not have the proper equipment to do the job without breaking it.
But I am pleased with it... it's lightweight and strong and once modified...fit's nicely.
